很多孩子在面试的过程中都会有一些紧张的情绪。
孩子该如何消除小升初面试中的紧张情绪呢?
1.一定要对自己充满自信。
其实面试就是一个与考官面对面交流的过程，通过这种交流让考官在十分钟甚至是五分钟之内了解到孩子的优点。
很多孩子之所以会胆怯紧张，很大程度上都是因为缺乏自信，尤其是一些性格比较内向，自尊心又很强的孩子，他们往往认为自己不如别人。
实际上，并不是自己不行，而是自卑心理在作祟。
如果自己都觉得自己不优秀，没有人会觉得你优秀。
因此，要克服紧张情绪，必须要战胜自卑感，增强自信心，相信自己是最棒的，相信自己一定能够成功。
2.一定要在平时加强训练，找机会多参加一些类似的活动。
造成紧张的另外一个原因就是缺乏这方面的训练。
如果一个孩子经常参加一些类似于演讲比赛或者是演出之类的活动，那么他在面对考官的时候心理上就会比一次这样的活动都没有参加过的孩子放松的多。
